Spring has sprung and we’re bouncing back to life! Then we join Sarah Beardmore ripping it up in an out-of-the-way destination – the Telo Islands in the Mentawaiis. And follow it up on a road trip on the Great Ocean Road in Australia with a top crew of surf girls.

After the long winter, we’re thinking about the light at the end of the tunnel and feeling positive: so we’re looking at ways to change your life, your job and take time out for yourself, plus some yoga and meditation to banish those winter blues now that spring is here. Also we check out some correct body positioning techniques, and look at this summer’s finest wetsuits that will keep you warm and flexy in the water whatever your budget.
