Spring has sprung and we’re bouncing back to life! Then we join Sarah Beardmore ripping it up in an out-of-the-way destination – the Telo Islands in the Mentawaiis. And follow it up on a road trip on the Great Ocean Road in Australia with a top crew of surf girls.

After the long winter, we’re thinking about the light at the end of the tunnel and feeling positive: so we’re looking at ways to change your life, your job and take time out for yourself, plus some yoga and meditation to banish those winter blues now that spring is here.
