What’s New in this issue?
Our exclusive cover story this month is a fabulous Bronze Age gold armlet discovered by Nathan Guttridge on a Soil Searchers dig and he describes how events unfolded on the day. Other highlights are the WINNERS for our Nations’ Greatest finds for 2023 and Michael Lewis, head of PAS & Treasure, reports on the judging. Also in this issue, there’s a Bronze Age hoard discovered in Austria, four gold staters found on a beach and two gold coins found in two days on two sites! Adrian Marsden discusses 17th Century token boxes and Mike Sinclair provides more insight into his finds. Last but not least, for stocking filler inspiration, Ted Fletcher reviews some detecting related books and Daniel Spencer looks at the new RNB Power-X battery.
