Hello Parchers Happy New Year and welcome to the January/February issue of Parchment Craft. At this time of the year we make our resolutions; so if yours is to set aside more time and be industrious with your parchment designs and make more cards, you’ll fi nd an abundance of inspiration inside.
There’s a really strong winter and valentine infl uence inside this month’s magazine with a host of cards featuring gorgeous, colourful fl owers alongside beautiful and embossed blooms, as always they all promote the many techniques within the craft. All of the patterns can be adapted to suit the ability to which you work at and for the occasion for which they are required.
Of course, no issue would be complete without the Talent Spotters page, where this month we present new designer Althea D'Souza Reeves. We introduced Althea to the magazine on our Reader Projects page in November/December 2019 and this month she returns with an exclusive Valentine themed card (page 28) including all of the traditional techniques that I know you love.
