Pacenotes Rally magazine | Issue 192 - MAR 2022
March Issue 192 is available now.
Welcome to another cracking issue of Pacenotes Rally Magazine.
Sit down with a cuppa and enjoy our regular columnists, Becs Williams, John Fife and Bryn Pierce and they give us some insightful updates.
Jamie Arkle has featured Lancia’s WRC conquering ‘Deltona’. A machine that still holds the record for six consecutive World Championships… a brilliant machine from a well funded set of talented engineers and drivers.
Galway Rally features on this month cover, and we have our usual full report and pictures inside. Many comments where made about the conditions of this years rally… but it paled into insignificance when Kevin O’Driscoll looks back at the Galway in 1988 with massive floods, perhaps you where there too?
Rally reports from all around the country, including Questmead, Kirkistown, Riponian, Killarney & more!
In our ‘In my Garage’ feature, we had the pleasure of photographing a beautiful 1973 Alpine Gordini, owned by Co Tyrone man Tommy McKenna. It’s a stunning restoration, and the story is fascinating.
