Match Fishing Magazine August 2024 Vorige editie

Match Fishing’s August cover star is NuFish boss and England angler Mick Vials, a real master of feeder fishing. Inside the mag he shows us how to fish big natural waters such as Ferry Meadows, where we find him catching great big bream. Confidence, patience and the right gear are all essentials, and Mick explains everything.

We’re In Conversation With match legend Andy May this month and you can feel his love for the sport come through his words, while Glen Picton goes Against The Clock as we follow his every move through a match at Ivy House Lakes.

We’ve got commercials covered as Sam Brown and Chris Lane have a couple of approaches you might not have thought of, while moving on to flowing water we have features from Rob Perkins on the River Soar and Graham West tackling a town stretch of the Great Ouse. Canal fans haven’t been forgotten either as May Potter practises her natural skills on the wide Aire & Calder and Richard Chave scales everything down to catch on the Kennet & Avon.

With our regular contributors including Andy Power, Matt Godfrey, John Brooks and Kye Jerrom, results from our Garbolino and MAP events and loads of tackle to look at there is plenty for everyone… and did we mention there are four Maver MV-R EVA Dual-Store Carryalls to be won, worth a total of £359.96!
