Welcome to issue 92 of Woodworking Plans & Projects magazine! In our ‘Projects’ section we have Wendy Greenwood’s rose arch for the garden and Jim Robinson makes a kitchen garden seat for you to relax and have a quick refreshment on. In keeping with the garden theme, James Hatter creates a bird table, with some help from his grandson. We also have Simon Rodway making a home for your hound and Mark Baker shows you how to make five different box designs, each one using different timbers and requiring different skills.
In ‘Techniques’ we take a look at the common household problem of a sticking door in DIY fixes; the Editor looks at a number of different clamps for around the workshop and we have the last in our Finishing series – lacquers.
The usual From the Editor, Noticeboard and Book reviews are all in this issue, as well as Craftsman’s corner in which we visit Trend for the first in our series about ‘the people behind the products’; Mark Baker tests the Axminster AT 1628VS lathe and Anthony Bailey takes a look at the brand new handle design and colour-coded IRWIN PLUS range. We also take a closer look at The Woodland Trust in ‘Features’.
All this and more in issue 92 of Woodworking Plans & Projects!
