Our exclusive cover story this month is an early medieval circular gold repoussé pendant with a central carved garnet made in the bracteate style. It was found on a Midweek Searchers dig by Konrad Pokora. Other highlights are an Edward I period hammered coin hoard discovered in North Wales. Finder Chris Evans describes how events unfolded unearthing the 462 pennies. Adrian Evans researches a recent find in Norfolk.
