Welcome to the April issue of Believers' Magazine. Our pictorial theme this month is the life and beauty that is produced by a well-watered garden. Especially in the Eastern setting, few gardens are able to obtain all the water they need naturally - they have to be irrigated. Neglected, they swiftly shrivel and all their beauty turns to dust. Their ability to sustain the life of birds and insects disappears.
As with the garden, so with the soul - it needs to be refreshed and watered by the Spirit of God through the Word of God. We trust that another issue of the BM will promote the study of the Scriptures and lead to many of the Lord's people having their souls refreshed "in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is" (Ps 63.1).
