Hopefully, the new-term glitter has settled, routines are (mostly) bedding in, and as the leaves start turning, there’s a different kind of energy in the classroom: less ‘fresh start’, more steady momentum’.

October is arguably when real results start to show, and we’re delighted to be here with you for it. One thing that should already be on your radar this term is the government’s new Inclusive Mainstream Fund, which requires all mainstream schools to publish an inclusion strategy setting out how you’ll identify and meet your pupils’ needs early, without waiting on diagnosis or statutory process.
