As is traditional, the August Railway of the Month is a garden railway: the Brockhampton & Umbridge Railway is an SM-32 rendition of an imaginary preserved narrow gauge system in Wales. Plan of the Month is an ideal setting for the soon-to-be released Ruston & Hornsby 48DS shunter in OO from Hornby: a Scottish distillery on its own island, rail-connected by a train ferry. The Scale Drawings are of the same little shunter, reproduced to 7mm scale. The magazine is packed with all the other usual high quality mix of articles too, and is out now!
