KENDALL BREAKS FREE
The Kardashians relinquishing social media? It sounds as unlikely as that
orange guy from The Apprentice becoming President elect. But that was the state of play last week when both Kim and Kendall, the dynasty’s biggest exports were conspicuous by their absence online. At the time of writing, Kim hadn’t posted since her armed robbery on 3rd October, with some reports estimating that this had already cost her around $3.6m in lost sponsorship deals. Then, last week, sister Kendall joined her in self-imposed exile, deleting Instagram and Twitter accounts from her phone. Explaining her decision to US chat show host Ellen DeGeneres, Kendall said, ‘I just wanted to detox. I just wanted a little bit of a break.’ The reason? According to one insider, her comments betrayed her dissatisfaction at being expected to fill Kim’s shoes. ‘
