Are you ready to get your dollhouses decorated for the holidays? If so, we have some fabulous projects in this issue that will get your festive bells ringing! There are many ways to decorate for the season; you could make a natural Solstice theme, Christmas on the farm, or even a lavish Victorian celebration.
I enjoy riding the fine line of Solstice celebrations and traditional Victorian decor. Really it depends on the style of my dollhouse. In my full scale home, I mix traditional jolly Santas with Old Norse Odin, both delivering gifts to many. My heritage goes back to Vikings from a small island in Norway that made their way to Scotland and many moons later, I was born here in the U.S. Wherever your ancestors are from, this is the time of year to spread extra love and understanding to those around you. Kindness is contagious and so many really need it this time
of year.
