The stars aligned for Pacenotes readers this month! We always planned to run a special Welsh edition in March...and just before we went to print with it, Welshman Elfyn Evans moved to the top of the World Rally Championship tables. You can't have much better timing than that!
 
Elfyn graces the cover of this special Welsh themed issue that takes a look at some of the quickest competitors, successful businesses, best events and most challenging stages that the country has to offer.
 
Inside we've got a special feature about the famous Sweet Lamb stage with Jon Bennett Evans - the owner of the Sweet Lamb complex. We also take a look at both David Llewellin's and Nicky Grist's successes with Toyota, while Martin Holmes turns back the clock to look at the history of the Welsh International Rally, which eventually became known as Wales Rally GB.
