We love the anticipation of summer here in the Craftseller office! Optimistically leaving our coats at home (while realistically tucking a brolly in our handbags), the sound of rain-soaked flip flops squelching up and down the office, followed by the countdown to a week abroad and more dependable warmer weather – it's what a British summer is all about! So, with that in mind, this issue is packed with lovely holiday makes for sun-seeking shoppers…

We have a gorgeous crochet beach wrap over on page 74, upcycled map suitcase (p72) and adorable fedora bear sun hat for kids on page 34. And of course, there's our glamorous cover stars on page 16 – three Fifties-style beach babes! These sort of retro-styled felt dolls are hugely popular and seem to sell everywhere at the moment.
